Welcome from the Chief

On behalf of the Front Of Yonge Fire Department, I would like to welcome you to our web site.

We are one of the smaller departments within Leeds and Grenville with 25 very active and very dedicated volunteers who respond to all types of calls no matter what time of day.

This Department has served the village of Mallorytown as well as the residents of Front Of Yonge now for the past 50 years. With each year, we continue to grow, and face different challenges.

We are very proud of what we have now - all of our vehicles are updated, and we continue to advance our skills both in firefighting and in medical aid.

On average we will respond to approximately 125 calls per year. These range from Structure fires, medical assistance calls all the way to public service calls.
